You need no coding and it&#8217;s quite easy. This way you can automate your day-to-day tasks and build workflows between apps that otherwise wouldn&#8217;t be possible.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Connect LOX24 to hundreds of other apps with Zapier<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Each Zap has one app as the <strong>Trigger<\/strong>, where your information comes from and which causes one or more <strong>Actions<\/strong> in other apps, where your data gets sent automatically.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So for example you can get a information SMS (action) when something happens with one of your apps (trigger). Or if you use our inbound numbers to receive sms, when receiving an incoming message (trigger) you can do a specific action with one of your other apps, for example create a support ticket.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Getting Started with LOX24<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So first you need a LOX24 SMS Account. If you don&#8217;t have one, you can sign up for free and with 50 Cent of free test credits for your first text messages <a href=\"https:\/\/account.lox24.eu\/index.php?page=login&amp;action=register&amp;lang=english\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Getting Started with Zapier<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sign up for a free <a href=\"Zapier\">Zapier<\/a> account, from there you can jump right in. To help you hit the ground running, <a href=\"https:\/\/zapier.com\/apps\/lox24-sms-gateway\/integrations\">here<\/a> are some popular pre-made Zaps.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There are three different ways to work with LOX24 and Zapier.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li><strong><a href=\"#app\">Start with an APP, send a SMS<\/a>:<\/strong> Based on some trigger of your apps, you will send one or multiple text messages<\/li>\r\n<li><strong><a href=\"#sms\">Start with a SMS, use an APP<\/a>:<\/strong> You will receive an inbound sms, and based on this performe some action with one of your apps<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Start with SMS, use an APP, send a SMS:<\/strong> You will receive an inbound sms, perform some actions, and send afterwards a text message (for example a reply).<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So let&#8217;s start with the SMS, if you want to start with the app, jump <a href=\"#app\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"sms\">Start with a SMS, use an APP<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\">\r\n<li>Make a Zap<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Click on the right menu on \u201cMake a Zap\u201d<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-medium\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-8894\" src=\"https:\/\/test.brxify.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/makezap-1-300x176.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Name your zap and search for \u201cLOX24\u201d<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-medium\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-8898\" src=\"https:\/\/test.brxify.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/namezap-1-300x187.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>If you are already using LOX24 at Zapier, select your account data. Else click on \u201cAdd a new account\u201d to configure LOX24 access data for Zapier<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-8902\" src=\"https:\/\/test.brxify.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/loxaccount-1-1024x477.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>API Client ID is the same client ID you are using to login to your LOX24 web account at account.lox24.eu. You can also see this client ID at anytime in the Dashboard of the web account.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-8906\" src=\"https:\/\/test.brxify.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/accountid-1024x373.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>The API Security Token can be generated or copied from your LOX24 web account. You will find it in Settings and API-Settings. Please keep in mind to use v2 API Key:<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-8910\" src=\"https:\/\/test.brxify.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/apikey-1024x309.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>You can create your Zap based on specific filter options. For example you can run the zap if the incoming message includes a specific text. Or you can choose to execute the zap only if the incoming messages comes from a specific number. Also if you use more than one inbound numbers at LOX24 you can select only one of these numbers for your Zap<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-8914\" src=\"https:\/\/test.brxify.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/customize-1024x609.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Test your trigger<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-8918\" src=\"https:\/\/test.brxify.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/testit-1024x514.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To pass this test with success, you have to has send at least one sms to one of your inbound numbers in the last days. You should see as result one of your incoming messages<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-8922\" src=\"https:\/\/test.brxify.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/resulttest-1024x645.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Now you have to choose what happens next. Search for the app which should perform an action based on the incoming message:<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-8926\" src=\"https:\/\/test.brxify.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/dothis-1024x656.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As example we will create a ticket on Freshdesk Support Ticket System<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>We choose \u201cCreate Ticket\u201d from the available actions<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-8930\" src=\"https:\/\/test.brxify.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/fresh1-1024x592.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\">\r\n<li>Same as for LOX24, we now have to select or enter our Freshdesk user data<\/li>\r\n<li>We can now fill the ticket data with data from the incoming sms like the message text or the phone number. Of course you can also enter static data here:<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-8934\" src=\"https:\/\/test.brxify.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/freshcustom-1024x704.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\">\r\n<li>On the last step you can test your new Zap and Finish the Setup.<\/li>\r\n<li>Don\u2019t forget to activate it:<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-8938\" src=\"https:\/\/test.brxify.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/activate.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"app\">Start with an App, send a SMS<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\">\r\n<li>Make a Zap<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Click on the right menu on \u201cMake a Zap\u201d<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-8894\" src=\"https:\/\/test.brxify.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/makezap-1-1024x602.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Name your zap and search for the app which will trigger a SMS. As example we will use Gmail to get a notification for an urgent mail.<\/li>\r\n<li>We choose as trigger event a \u201cNew Email matching Search\u201d:<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-8942\" src=\"https:\/\/test.brxify.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/gmail1-1024x595.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>In order to connect with Gmail, we have to sign in:<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-8946\" src=\"https:\/\/test.brxify.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/gmail2-1024x440.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>We can define complex search criteria to get SMS notifications just for specific mails. For important messages we recommend Direct.<\/li>\r\n<li>The Sender-ID of your message is to see from whom the messages comes. We will enter in the example the Name of the sender of the E-Mail from Gmail<\/li>\r\n<li>Destination number let\u2019s you enter the phone number or numbers which should get the notification<\/li>\r\n<li>You can also choose a group, if you have such a group created on the LOX24 Web-Account<\/li>\r\n<li>As Text we enter the mail text from Gmail<\/li>\r\n<li>Send-At is to define a certain time when the message should be sent. But as it\u2019s an urgent email in the example, we keep this empty.<\/li>\r\n<li>Is Unicode we set to \u201cFalse\u201d, as we only expect messages with latin charset.
